Variable views
measureIT pushes the envelope with its clearly structured and ergonomic window alignment, configuration and display features for displaying image and data - and it is very user intuitive. Just one click of the mouse is all it takes to toggle between various user-defined configurations, workspaces or views. Being able to view the same image document in multiple viewports simultaneously also simplifies interpretation of image content tremendously.
Annotations
measureIT includes a comprehensive library of text functions for labeling images.
Image buffer
A thumbnail view of the loaded images is displaywd in the Image Manager.
Scale bar
The Scale bar in measureIT automatically adapt to the respective zoom factor of an image. measureIT has ample options for hiding/showing scale bars and converting scale bar units. This makes visually grasping the scale of objects within an image easy and fast. Scale bars appear in the lower-right corner of images.
Image information
All image information - including microscope settings at acquisition and all data regarding image-format - are saved along with the image.
Intensity processing
Fluctuations in intensity can be a real problem. These can be corrected either manually or automatically. Contrast can be automatically equalized, maximized or optimized. Or gray values can be manually altered according to the user's desires.
Measurement functions
measureIT offers basic measurement functionality such as lines and distances. The results are dislayed in the image
Printing
measureIT offers direct print-out of the images.
