measureIT is free software for portable scanning electron microscopes (SEM). This software offers basic functionality such a length measurements using the microscope calibration, gray value modification, text annotations, along with loading, saving and printout options.
measureIT can easily upgrated to sophisticated image processing and image analyzing software such as Scandium M or the SEM imaging platform Scandium.
